Vault

Vault is a secure, web-based portal where employees and non-employees can submit, view, and track compliance reports in one place.

Vault helps you:

  • Submit speak up reports and conflict of interest disclosures.

  • Submit speak up reports anonymously or with your identity.

  • Track the status of submitted reports.

  • Exchange secure messages with the case manager assigned to your report.

  • Receive email notifications when your report status changes or when you receive a new message.

Getting started

To access Vault, open the link provided by your organization.

The sign-in options available on the landing page depend on how your organization has configured the portal:

  • Employees only Only the employee sign-in option is displayed.

  • Employees and non-employees Both employee and non-employee sign-in options are displayed.

Sign in as an employee

Sign in as an employee to access Vault and use employee-specific features such as directory-based offender selection in speak up report submission.

If your organization uses standard authentication, you must create an account when you access Vault for the first time.

  1. On the portal landing page, select Employee sign-in.

  2. Enter your work email address and select Submit.

An account activation email is sent to your email address.

  3. Open the email and select the password creation link.

  4. Create your password.

    The password must:

    • Contain at least eight (8) characters.

    • Include at least three of the following:

      • Lowercase letters

      • Uppercase letters

      • Numbers

      • Symbols

      • Not match any of your previous 10 passwords.

A password is valid for 365 days.

  5. Return to the portal and sign in using your email address and password.

Important

If the system does not recognize your work email address, no error message is displayed. This is a security measure to help protect your organization's employee directory. If you need to verify that your work email address is authorized to access the portal, contact your compliance administrator.

Sign in as a non-employee

Non-employees do not have pre-existing accounts. The first time you submit a report, Vault creates your account during the submission flow by generating a Vault ID and prompting you to create a password. To return later, sign in with the Vault ID and password.

You create your account while you submit your first report.

  1. On the portal landing page, select Non-employee entry.

  2. Copy or download the system-generated Vault ID and save it in a secure location.

You need your Vault ID to sign in to the portal and track your reports. If you provide an email address during the report submission process, Vault also sends your Vault ID to that email address.

  3. Create a password for the Vault ID.

  4. Sign in using your Vault ID and password.

The password reset process differs for employees and non-employees. Follow the procedure that applies to your account.
