Copying questionnaires

You can create a questionnaire that is similar to an existing questionnaire by copying questions and questionnaires and then editing the copied items.

Copies are not linked to the original and any changes made to the original are not transferred to the copied versions.

Note

Only Results Admins, Professional Managers, and Professional Users can complete these tasks.

Copy a question

  1. From the Launchpad home page (www.diligentoneplatform.com), select the Results app to open it.

    If you are already in Diligent One, you can use the left-hand navigation menu to switch to the Results app.

    Note

    Diligent One Platform also supports the domain www.highbond.com. For more information, see Supported domains.

  2. Click the name of the collection that contains the questionnaire you want to work with.
  3. Click Questionnaires.
  4. Click the questionnaire that contains the question you want to copy.
  5. Click Copy Question next to the appropriate question.
  6. Do one of the following:
    • Copy the question into the same questionnaire - Select Keep copy in this questionnaire.
    • Copy the question into a different questionnaire - Search for and/or select the appropriate questionnaire from the dropdown list.  

    Newly copied questions are indicated with a gray circle icon , which disappears once you edit the copied question.

Copy a questionnaire

  2. Click the name of the collection that contains the questionnaire you want to copy.
  3. Click Questionnaires.
  4. Click Copy Questionnaire next to the appropriate questionnaire.
  5. Do one of the following:
    • Copy the questionnaire into the same Collection - Select Keep copy in this collection.
    • Copy the questionnaire into a different Collection - Search for and/or select the appropriate Collection from the dropdown list.
