Risk Manager settings
System Admins can turn on and turn off library objects such as objectives and processes, and integrations such as organizational units, scoring, dashboard, and Assessments in Risk Manager.
Managing settings in Risk Manager
To manage settings in Risk Manager:
-
From the Launchpad home page (www.diligentoneplatform.com), select the Risk Manager app to open it.
If you are already in Diligent One, you can use the left-hand navigation menu to switch to the Risk Manager app.
Note
Diligent One Platform also supports the domain www.highbond.com. For more information, see Supported domains.
- In the left navigation panel, select Settings.
- Select Global Settings.
- In the Global Settings page, based on your requirement, do the following:
- In the Objects section, you can turn the following settings on or off:
- Objectives
- Processes When you turn off a setting, the corresponding icon is removed from the left navigation and the corresponding tabs are removed from the Risk Manager home page.
- In the Integrations section you can turn the following settings on or off:
- Organizational Unit. Turning off organizational units removes the Related Organizational Unit field from the details page for risks, controls, processes, objectives, risk assessment, control assessment, and risk mitigation. Additionally, the Org Unit column in the filter is removed.
- Scoring. Turning off scoring removes the integration from the left navigation. When this integration is disabled, you'll need to manually score the risks, controls, processes, and objectives.
- Dashboard. Turning off dashboard removes the dashboard section from the risk landing page.
- Email Link to Assessment app. When this integration is disabled, risk assessors are redirected to Risk Manager instead of Assessments to complete their assessments.
