Uploading knowledge base documents

Upload source files to the knowledge base so SurveySynccan use them when generating survey responses.

Upload a document

  1. Navigate to Knowledge Base.

  2. Select Upload Document.

  3. Select a value in Document Type.

  4. Optional: Enter text in Description.

  5. Drag the file into the upload area, or select select files to upload.

  6. Select Upload.

Supported document formats

  • PDF

  • DOCX

  • XLSX

  • TXT

  • CSV

File size limits

  • Maximum file size 50 MB for knowledge base documents

Note

After upload, documents are ingested. The process can take time, and you are notified after ingestion is complete.
