Generating AI summary
Task Manager supports the AI summary for Controls that delivers concise summaries with citations that helps you quickly understand key content while maintaining traceability to the source, and questions about Project items, with upcoming support for direct updates.

From the Platform home page (www.diligentoneplatform.com), select the Task Manager app to open it.
If you are already in Diligent One, you can use the left-hand navigation menu to switch to the Task Manager app.

From the Activities dashboard, select any one of the following card:

Walkthrough
-
Test plan
-
Testing round

- Go to the Summary tab. It generates an agentic AI summary of the activity.
Note
The summary tab is only visible for Control activity types.
Each card contains key information, including the objective, related risks, sign-off details, project title, and control test title.
- Enter the necessary details and navigate to the Task tab.

select Sign off from the dropdown.
