Managing multiple sign-offs in bulk

Use bulk sign-off to update multiple control activities from My Activities in a single action. Bulk sign-off helps you complete high-volume sign-offs faster while keeping review workflows consistent.

When cards are eligible for bulk sign-off

Cards are eligible only when they share the same activity type, project, and sign-off level:

  • Same activity type (for example, all walkthroughs or all tests).
  • Same project.
  • Same sign-off level.

Note

  • Bulk sign-off applies only to cards that have the same activity type, project, and sign-off level.

  • You can update up to 20 cards per batch. If more cards match your filters, continue in additional batches until all eligible cards are signed off.

  1. From the Platform home page (www.diligentoneplatform.com), select the Task Manager.

    If you are already in Diligent One, you can use the left-hand navigation menu to switch to the Task Manager app.

  2. Select a control related activity in the Activities page.
  3. Select the down arrow on the Sign off button to open the dropdown. If the eligible item count is displayed next to Bulk sign off, select Bulk sign off.
  4. In the next panel, select the activities you want to sign off by selecting the respective check boxes. Select up to 20 cards, and then select Sign off.
  5. Observe the result of each sign-off displayed on each card, and retry if needed.
  6. Select Done or Cancel to return to the Activities page.

If some selected cards cannot be updated, resolve the issue on those cards and run bulk sign-off again for the remaining cards. Repeat these steps as per your requirement.
