Tracking activity logs

Use the Activity Log to monitor, review, and manage all actions performed during your third party due-diligence process. The log provides a clear audit trail and supports consistent, compliant decision-making. Each screening action is logged so you can view when checks were performed and what triggered them.

From the Activity Log screen, you can:

• Monitor and track third parties screening with their date stamp and status for compliance and reputation screening.

• Read the screening report by selecting Show details.

• Navigate directly to Third Parties by selecting the third party from the activity.
