Getting started with Third Party Risk Intel

Add and manage users
If you need to add more users to your Third Party Risk Intel environment, System Admins can invite them to join Diligent One Platform. There is no limit on how many users you can add, but your company’s software subscription determines how many licenses can be assigned at one time.

Activate Third Party Risk Intel for users
After users have been invited to Diligent One Platform and added to your Third-Party Risk Intel environment, administrators must manually enable access for users assigned the User role before they can access the application.
Important
Users assigned the Administrator role are activated automatically and do not require this step. Only users assigned the User role display a Pending status and must be enabled manually.
To enable a user:

In Third Party Risk Intel, select Settings in the left navigation.

Select Users.
-
Locate the user with a Pending status and select the edit icon in the Action column next to the user's name.

Select the Status dropdown and choose Active.

Select Save Changes.
The user now has active access to Third Party Risk Intel.
Note
This step lets administrators control which invited users can access the application. Users can be enabled or disabled as needed.
To get started

Sign in to the Diligent One Platform.

On the Diligent One Platform home page, select the Third Party Risk Intel tile to launch the application. You will be directed to the Dashboard.

The first time an authorized admin opens Third Party Risk Intel, they are taken to a Terms and Conditions page. This is a one-time setup step. After the admin accepts the terms, all other users in the organization can access the application without being prompted again.

Review the application description and open the Terms and Conditions link to read the full terms in a new tab. Return to the page and select Confirm to accept the terms on behalf of your organization. Only authorized admins see this page. If an admin chooses not to accept the terms, they can return to the platform homepage and another admin can complete this step later.

On the Screening Preferences page, configure the screening data sources and options for your organization.

Review the warning message and save your screening preferences.
