Entidades AI Assistant

Entidades AI Assistant provides the following modes:
Insights Get information about companies and individuals
Import & Actions Upload documents directly to Entidades AI Assistant, where it categorizes them for you and suggests actions. Appoint individuals to roles directly from Entidades AI Assistant using data from imported documents.
Notes
Entidades AI Assistant is an Artificial Intelligence (AI) feature. For information on how AI features use Entidades data, refer to Entidades AI transparency notice.
AI enhancements are available to clients with the Entidades Platform package and clients who joined the Entidades AI Early adopter program. For more information, contact your Customer Success Manager.
Administrators have access to AI features by default. For regular users, AI features are inactive by default. Before you can use them, your organization's administrator must provision the features for you.
Limitations and considerations
- AI-generated content may contain inaccuracies. Always verify the correctness and accuracy of AI results.
- Entidades AI Assistant retrieves only existing Entidades data. If no data is available for a selected query, Entidades AI Assistant will not generate it.
- You can only access information you have access permissions for. If you can’t access a piece of information from Entidades interface, Entidades AI Assistant will not be able to give it to you.
