Managing AI features
Artificial Intelligence (AI) features in Diligent Entidades drive efficient, informed and impactful entity management.

The following AI features are available:
AI Document Summary
Entidades AI Assistant
Chart assist

AI enhancements are available to clients with the Entidades Platform package and clients who joined the Entidades AI Early adopter program. For more information, contact your Customer Success Manager.
Provision AI access
Administrators have access to AI features by default. For regular users, access is off by default and administrators can activate it. You can control user access to AI features with user role rights. To enable access to AI features, create or edit a user role and add the following rights.

Entidades AI Assistant
Note
Access to Chart assist and Entidades AI assistant is controlled with the same user role settings. A user can have access to both these features, or neither.
To give the user access to Entidades AI Assistant, in User Role, select Integrations and select one or more user role rights.

Chart assist
Note
Access to Chart assist and Entidades AI assistant is controlled with the same user role settings. A user can have access to both these features, or neither.
To give the user access to Chart assist, in User Role, select Integrations and select one of the AI Assistant insights user role rights.
AI Document Summary
To give the user access to AI Document Summary, in User Role, select Integrations > Document Summarization.
Set AI Document Summary output language
To set the language of the AI summary, in System Tools, go to System Options > Country and select an option from Language.
