Configure Companies for Paper or Digital Signature
                                                        Before you generate forms to e-file to the Companies Registration Office (CRO), first you must configure the company for paper or digital signature.

                                                                Open the company record and select Company Details > Edit.

                                                                In the General Fields section, select or clear the Ireland Form Submission, request signature page for signing option depending on the signing method. - 
                                                                        To configure the company for paper signature, ensure the option is selected.

                                                                        To configure the company for digital signature, ensure the option is not selected.

                                                                In the General Fields section, select the Ireland Form Submission, override reg. agent & sign as dir/sec option if the forms are to be signed by the director or secretary and not the electronic filing agent.

                                                                Select Save.

Once all the necessary steps outlined in Set up Electronic Filing for Ireland have been completed, users can start to generate and e-file forms to the CRO.
