Group Visualisations
Los usuarios pueden ver los archivos de gráficos de estructura de grupo tanto en Entidades clásicos como modernizados.
En Entidades clásicos, los usuarios pueden acceder fácilmente a los archivos de gráficos de estructura de grupo de empresas que son visibles para ellos desde la página Visualizaciones de grupo. En la experiencia modernizada, los archivos de gráficos están disponibles en la tabla Documentos y los usuarios pueden seleccionar un archivo para abrirlo en la vista clásica.
Group visualisations in classic Entidades
To access the Group Visualisations page, select Group Visualisations 
in the Navigation Bar.
Note
The Group Visualisations option in the Navigation Bar is visible to users that have the Quick Access user role right in the Group Structure Visualisation section enabled for their user role. They must also have the Logon using HTTP API user role right in the System Security section enabled.
This page holds chart files of visualised group structures in .viz format, that is, chart files that were created using the Export as file chart option in Group Structure Visualisation and saved to shared group visualisations. For more information about this option, refer to Export as Chart File.
Users can do the following with the chart files:
Open and view the chart in Group Structure Visualisation
View the history for the chart and other chart details such as who created the chart
Delete or archive a single chart file
Delete or archive multiple chart files by selecting them from the list and selecting Wizards > Delete charts or Archive charts
Quickly import a chart using the Import Chart option
Note
Only the user who created the chart file can make changes to it and overwrite the existing chart file in Group Visualisations. All other users can edit the visualised group structure and export it as a new chart file to Group Visualisations.
Group visualisations in modernized Entidades
In the modernized experience, you can access chart files from the Documents list page or the Documents tab inside an entity record. You can select a file to open it in the classic view.
Follow these steps to view a chart file:
In modernized Entidades, select Documents.
You can also open an entity record and select the Documents tab.In the list, find the .viz chart file you want to view. Use search and filters to narrow down your search.
To view the chart, from the kebab
menu for the row, select Open chart. The chart file opens group visualization in classic Entidades in a new tab.
