The current value of the portfolio company based on the PPS of the latest financing round.

NAV

The output of the Fund's investment in the portfolio company based on the current EV; calculated by EE Waterfall.

The EE Waterfall takes into account liquidation preferences, anti-dilution provision and similar investments and terms of co-investors

Realized Value

The sum of Realized Values received by the Fund from the portfolio company
