Get entity information from Entités AI Assistant
With Entités AI Assistant, you can get information about companies and individuals without navigating the Entités interface.
The Insights option in Entités AI Assistant is available in two modes which control how you interact with it. Your administrator controls which mode you use.
Pre-canned prompts In this mode, you can select pre-defined questions to ask about a selected entity.
AMA (Ask Me Anything) In this mode, you can enter your own questions in the chat.
Notes
Entités AI Assistant is an Artificial Intelligence (AI) feature. For information on how AI features use Entités data, refer to Entités AI transparency notice.
AI enhancements are available to clients with the Entités Platform package and clients who joined the Entités AI Early adopter program. For more information, contact your Customer Success Manager.
Administrators have access to AI features by default. For regular users, AI features are inactive by default. Before you can use them, your organization's administrator must provision the features for you.
Company information
When prompted, Entités AI Assistant can list the following information:
- Addresses
- Appointments
- Company profile
- Industry classifications
- List of directors
- List of shareholders
- Share classes
- Pending events
- Ultimate parent
- Upcoming due dates
- User-defined fields (custom fields configured by your organization's administrator)
Individual information
When prompted, Entités AI Assistant can list the following information:
- Name
- Title
- Occupation
- Salutation
- Honours
- Nationality
- Date of birth
- Date of death
- Previous name
- ID
- Passport
- Resident in
- Addresses (all available types)
- Appointments
- Shareholdings
Limitations and considerations
- AI-generated content may contain inaccuracies. Always verify the correctness and accuracy of AI results.
- Entités AI Assistant retrieves only existing Entités data. If no data is available for a selected query, Entités AI Assistant will not generate it.
- You can only access information you have access permissions for. If you can’t access a piece of information from Entités interface, Entités AI Assistant will not be able to give it to you.
Ask Entités AI Assistant for company information

To access Entités AI Assistant, from the Global Banner on top, select Ask AI, or from the side navigation, select the AI icon
.
The Entités AI Assistant chat window appears.

- Do one of the following:
- Select one of the available questions.
- To ask about an entity, such as a company or an individual, type @ followed by the entity name and enter your question.
The entity you selected displays in a badge above the text input field. Entités AI Assistant lists the required information. To get more information about the selected company, enter another question. Entités AI Assistant keeps answering questions about the selected entity until you change it.
- To get information about a different entity, enter “@” followed by the entity name again.
Ask Entités AI Assistant for company information in modernized version
Pour accéder à l’application Entités modernisée, voir How do I access the modernized Entités app?. The AI Assistant works the same way in both classic Entités and Modernized Entités.
To access the AI Assistant in the modernized version, go to Dashboard and then select AI assistant.
