Diligent released a set of early access Artificial Intelligence (AI) upgrades to Entités to drive efficient, informed, and impactful entity management.
The following AI features are available in Entités:
- Entités AI Assistant
- AI Document Summary
- Chart assist

AI enhancements are available to clients with the Entités Platform package and clients who joined the Entités AI Early adopter program. For more information, contact your Customer Success Manager.
Administrators have access to AI features by default. For regular users, AI features are inactive by default. Before you can use them, your organization's administrator must provision the features for you.
Managing access to AI features
Administrators have access to AI features by default. For regular users, AI features are inactive by default. Before you can use them, your organization's administrator must provision the features for you. Administrators can control access to AI features with user roles and user role rights.
You can view information and perform action using AI features. Entités AI Assistant and other features use the same permissions as the rest or the Entités interface. You can access the same data and actions in the Entités interface and AI features.

Entités AI assistant
Grâce à Entités AI Assistant, vous pouvez obtenir des informations, importer des fichiers et des événements d’action depuis un seul et même endroit, sans avoir à parcourir l’interface Entités.
AI document summary
AI Document Summary outlines the contents of the document to present the key information in a concise way.

Chart assist
Grâce à l’assistant graphique, vous pouvez créer une mise en forme conditionnelle optimale de vos graphiques de structure de groupe avec un minimum d’effort. L’assistant graphique peut proposer des règles de mise en forme pour les entités ou pour les relations. Vous pouvez ajuster l’aspect du graphique formaté en saisissant des invites supplémentaires. L’assistant graphique peut modifier les couleurs et les formes dans le graphique pour mettre en évidence les informations dont vous avez besoin.
