Shares and ownership

You can record ownership information in Diligent Entités through shares and share classes.

Vous pouvez afficher les informations de propriété dans les versions classique et modernisée de Entités. Dans la version Entités classique, vous pouvez créer et gérer des classes d’actions, attribuer, transférer et disposer d’actions et créer des relations pour représenter la propriété par d’autres moyens que les actions. Dans la version Entités modernisée, vous pouvez afficher les informations de propriété dans un tableau rationalisé.

Ownership in classic Entités

You can create, view, edit and cancel share classes on the Share Classes page under Ownership inside the company record.

You can allot, transfer, and dispose of shares and view shareholder information on the Shareholders page.

Corporate relationships document control by means other than shares, such as votes in the board, capital contributions that are not connected to shares, or loans that grant voting or capital rights to the lender. For example, you can create a corporate relationship to record a joint venture. To find out more, go to Corporate Relationships.

Ownership in modernized Entités

L’expérience de la version Entités modernisée vous fournit une table rationalisée à l’intérieur de l’enregistrement de l’entreprise, à partir duquel vous pouvez afficher et analyser les informations de propriété.

Ownership information about a company is available inside the company record, on the Ownership page.

Information on the Ownership page is presented on the following tab:

• The Relationships tab shows ownership relationships by other means, such as votes in the board, capital contributions that are not connected to shares, or loans that grant voting or capital rights to the lender. For example, a corporate relationship can represent a joint venture. For more information, refer to Create Corporate Relationships.

Access ownership details

Follow these steps to view ownership details:

1. In modernized Entités, select Entities > Companies.

2. From the table that appears, select a company you want to access.

3. To review information about ownership, switch to the Ownership page.

4. Use the following options to filter and customize the view:

   • Search Directly search information about the company.

   • Columns Using this option, you can customize the look of the table. For more information, refer to Columns.

   • Sorting or ordering Use multicolumn sorting to organize results by multiple fields in a defined priority order. Sort by any supported column, then press Shift and select additional columns to add secondary or tertiary sort levels. You can add as many sort columns as you need. For more information, refer to Sorting or ordering table columns.

   • Select entity names in the table to open a detailed view. You can also select the More icon next to the name to access the same information.
   • To switch from the modernized Entités view to the classic version, select Manage in classic Entités. For more information, refer to Navigating to classic Entités from modernized version.
