The エンティティー AI Assistant app in Microsoft Teams lets you access key corporate information without going to エンティティー. You can ask questions the same way you would when using エンティティー AI Assistant in エンティティー interface.

Notes

  • エンティティー AI Assistant is an Artificial Intelligence (AI) feature. For information on how AI features use エンティティー data, refer to エンティティー AI transparency notice.

  • AI enhancements are available to clients with the エンティティー Platform package and clients who joined the エンティティー AI Early adopter program. For more information, contact your Customer Success Manager.

  • Administrators have access to AI features by default. For regular users, AI features are inactive by default. Before you can use them, your organization's administrator must provision the features for you.

Get started with the エンティティー AI Assistant app

You can use the エンティティー AI Assistant app as an individual chat or add it to a Teams channel.

Depending on your organization’s policy, your technology team may automatically add エンティティー AI Assistant for you, or you may have to add it on your own.

To start using the エンティティー AI Assistant app, you need a site link from your administrator.

Add エンティティー AI Assistant as an individual app

Follow the steps below to add エンティティー AI Assistant as an individual app.

  1. In Microsoft Teams, go to Apps > Added by your org.
  2. Enter "Diligent エンティティー AI Assistant" in the search bar.
  3. On the app listing page, select Add.
  4. Select Open.
  5. Enter your organization’s site link and select Confirm.
  6. Sign in to エンティティー AI Assistant to begin asking questions.

Note

For quick access to the エンティティー AI Assistant app, you can pin it in Microsoft Teams. Right-click the app in the left-hand navigation bar and select Pin.

Add エンティティー AI Assistant to a channel

You can add エンティティー AI Assistant as a tab in a Microsoft Teams channel. Before anyone in the channel can use it, you must configure the エンティティー Assistant AI app with your organization’s site link from your administrator.

You can add エンティティー AI Assistant using the Apps option, or directly in the channel.

Follow the steps below to add エンティティー AI Assistant to a channel.

  1. In the channel, select + in the top bar.
  2. In the search bar, enter "エンティティー AI Assistant" and select the app from the list of results.
  3. Enter your organization’s site link and select Confirm.
  4. Select Save.

    エンティティー AI Assistant becomes a tab in the channel. Each user must sign in to the app using their エンティティー credentials or company SSO before they can use the app.

Sign in to エンティティー AI Assistant in Microsoft Teams

You must sign in to エンティティー AI Assistant before you can start using it in Microsoft Teams.

  1. Go to エンティティー AI Assistant in the left-hand navigation bar in Teams or open the エンティティー AI Assistant tab in a channel.
  2. Select Sign in.

    A login screen opens in a new window.

  3. Sign in using your エンティティー credentials or your organization’s SSO.

After you sign in, you can start asking questions in the エンティティー AI Assistant chat.

Using エンティティー AI Assistant in Microsoft Teams

The エンティティー AI Assistant app can answer the same questions as the AI Assistant in エンティティー. You can access the information you are authorized to access.
