Cancelling options

This section explains how to create cancellation of options in Diligent Equity.

  1. Go to the Securities section in the navigation sidebar, select Options and choose the plan

  2. Select the Optionee name in the main screen.

  3. Select the Cancel tab>Add a Cancellation and complete the following fields:

    1. Cancellation Date: Enter the date the options are canceled.

    2. Canceled options: Enter the number of options canceled.

    3. Determine if these canceled options should be returned to the Option Pool by selecting the checkbox.

  4. Select Close to complete the cancellation and return to the option plan.
