Tabelgegevens bekijken

Gebruik de Tabelweergave om tabelgegevens weer te geven. In de Tabelweergave kunt u gegevens opnieuw ordenen, sorteren, filteren, opmaken en exporteren.

De tabelweergave openen

1. Selecteer vanaf de startpagina van Launchpad (www.diligentoneplatform.com) de Resultaten-app om deze te openen.

   Als u zich reeds in Diligent One bevindt, kunt u het navigatiemenu aan de linkerkant gebruiken om naar de Resultaten-app te switchen.

2. Open thecollectionthat contains the table you want to open.
3. For the table you want to open:
   1. To open the default interpretation, click the table you want to open.
   2. If that table has other interpretations, click the number in theInterpretationscolumn, then click the interpretation you want to open.

Kolommen opnieuw rangschikken of verbergen

1. On the right-hand side of the page, click  Configure.
2. In the Configure Table View panel, do any of the following and click Apply:
   • To hide all fields, switch off the Enable all fields  toggle. 
   • To hide a single field, switch off the toggle  next to the field name.
   • To display a single field, switch on the toggle  next to the field name.
   • To reorder columns, click and drag the field name up or down to the new position.
     The order in list matches the order in the Table View.

Tip

U kunt een trefwoord of zin in het zoekveld invoeren om de lijst met beschikbare kolommen te filteren.

3. Click  to close the Configure Table View panel.

Kolomgegevens sorteren

1. Do one of the following:
   • Click the header of the column you want to sort.
     Tip

     Als u alleen gegevens wilt sorteren, is deze methode het snelst.

   • Click the filter icon  to open the View & Add Filters side panel.
     ​If you want to create nested filters in addition to sorting data, you need to use this method.
2. If you are sorting using a column header, click the Ascending or Descending toggle button. 
   The data in theTable Viewis sorted.
   To remove the sort, click the column header and depending on which type of sort you applied, click the Ascending or Descending toggle button again.
   You can also switch the sort order. If you save the interpretation, the sort order is saved.
3. If you are sorting using theView & Add Filterspanel, do the following:
   1. Click the arrow in front of Sort by Column.
   2. ClickSelect fieldand select a field from the dropdown list.
   3. Click Normal order A>Z (Ascending) or Reverse order Z-A (Descending). 
      The data in the Table View is sorted. To remove the sort, click Remove sort .
      You can also switch the sort order, or select a different column to sort by.
      You can leave the View & Add Filters panel open, or click  in the title bar to close the panel.
      If you save the interpretation, the sort order is saved.

Kolomgegevens opmaken

1. From the Platform home page (www.diligentoneplatform.com), select the Results app to open it.

   If you are already in Diligent One, you can use the left-hand navigation menu to switch to the Results app.

2. Navigate to the appropriate table.
3. Click the header of the column you want to format and in the dialog box selectOptions.
4. From the list of display format options, select the format you want to apply to the data in the column.

   ResultaatHet venster wordt gesloten en de opmaak wordt toegepast op de tabel.

5. To save the interpretation, on the right-hand side of the page, do one of the following:
   • ClickSave>Save.
   • ClickSave>Save As.

   Wanneer u op Opslaan als klikt, kunt u de titel bewerken en optioneel een samenvatting invoeren voor de visualisatie.

Voorwaardelijke opmaak toepassen op een kolom

1. Click the header of the column you want to format and in the dialog box selectFormat > Options > Conditional formatting.
2. To define the condition, clickAdd another conditionand do the following:
   1. From theSelect conditionlist, select a conditional operator.
   2. Enter a value to test against the conditional operator.

      Elk positief getal dat u invoert, mag niet kleiner zijn dan 10^-5 of groter dan 10²¹.

   3. Select an icon and icon color or selectto disable the icon.
   4. Select a text color or click the toggleto disable text formatting.
   5. Select a background color or click the toggleto disable background formatting.
   6. Optional. To define another condition, clickAdd another conditionand repeat steps a to e.

      Note

      Als een veld wordt geëvalueerd naar waar voor meer dan één voorwaarde, heeft de eerste gedefinieerde voorwaarde voorrang en wordt die opmaak toegepast.

3. To save the interpretation, on the right-hand side of the page, do one of the following:
   • ClickSave>Save.
   • ClickSave>Save As.

   Wanneer u op Opslaan als klikt, kunt u de titel bewerken en optioneel een samenvatting invoeren voor de visualisatie.

4. Optional. To change or remove the formatting applied to a column, click the column header, in the dialog box selectOptions > Conditional formatting, and then update or deletethe condition.
