Create a US Limited Liability Company (LLC)

A US Limited Liability Company (LLC) is a Corporate Partnership entity type that merges elements of a private corporation with those of a partnership and is specific to the United States.

To create a US Limited Liability Company (LLC):

• Navigate to the New Partnership wizard.
• On the Details screen, select United States from the Country dropdown menu, then the appropriate State from the Region (State) dropdown menu.
• Select Corporate Partnership as the Partnership Type.
• Select Limited Liability Company from the Organisation Type dropdown menu.
• Enter an appropriate name for the US LLC.
• Select Next.

• Progress through the remainder of the wizard, adding the required detail into the fields provided.

• With all the required detail entered, select Finish.

The new US LLC record displays on screen and is can be searched for as an entity.
