Integrate GoToMeeting

You can integrate your GoToMeeting account with BoardEffect, so users can join meetings remotely. This topic describes how to configure your GoToMeeting account.

Note

Your organization must have a GoToMeeting account in order to integrate it with BoardEffect.

  1. On the BoardEffect home page, on the left-side Navigation Bar, select Site Settings .

  2. Select Integrations on the left side of the page.

  3. To view the available video conference software products, such as GoToMeeting, select the Video Conferencing tab.

  4. To integrate GoToMeeting, select Configure next to it.

  5. Select Connect your GotoMeeting Account, and then sign in to your account.

  6. The checkbox next to Activate this Integration will appear selected, after you sign in to GoToMeeting. Keep the checkbox selected.

  7. To save your changes, select Save.
