Managing AI features
Artificial Intelligence (AI) features in Diligent 实体 drive efficient, informed and impactful entity management.

The following AI features are available:
AI Document Summary
实体 AI Assistant
Chart assist
Note
AI enhancements are available to clients with the 实体 Platform package. For more information, contact your Customer Success Manager.
Provision AI access
Administrators have access to AI features by default. For regular users, access is off by default and administrators can activate it. You can control user access to AI features with user role rights. To enable access to AI features, create or edit a user role and add the following rights.

实体 AI Assistant
Note
Access to Chart assist and 实体 AI Assistant is controlled with the same user role settings. A user can have access to both these features, or neither.
To give the user access to 实体 AI Assistant, in User Role, select Integrations and select one or more user role rights.

Note
The AI Assistant - Pre-canned prompts (Read-only) user role right that was previously available for provisioning access to an earlier version of 实体 AI Assistant no longer applies. If users in your organization were previously assigned this user role right, you must assign AI Assistant - AMA (Read-only) to them or they will no longer be able to access Insights.
Chart assist
Note
Access to Chart assist and 实体 AI Assistant is controlled with the same user role settings. A user can have access to both these features, or neither.
To give the user access to Chart assist, in User Role, select Integrations and select one of the AI Assistant insights user role rights.
AI Document Summary
To give the user access to AI Document Summary, in User Role, select Integrations > Document Summarization.
Set AI Document Summary output language
To set the language of the AI summary, in System Tools, go to System Options > Country and select an option from Language.
Configure data retention settings for 实体 AI Assistant
实体 AI Assistant displays information on how long the data you upload in the Import & Actions mode is stored in the system. The data retention information is available at the bottom of the Entities AI Assistant window when in the Import & Actions mode.
Administrators can set the data retention period for their organization. To access data retention settings, select the data retention period value in 实体 AI Assistant. Set the value for your organization and select Save.
