View or edit an Alert

My Preferences

To view or edit an alert that has been assigned to you via My Preferences:

  • Navigate to: My Preferences > Change My Alerts.

The My Alerts wizard opens, listing any alerts assigned/due to be sent to you.

  • Select the Folder icon against the alert to be edited.

The Alerts wizard opens to grant access to the various options selected when the alert was created.

  • Amend the selected options as required.

Database Change Subscription

Note

The Database Change Subscription method of viewing or editing alert detail is not recommended for clients, as the risk of error, affecting the entire system, is greater than with the My Preferences method.

It is possible to view or edit an alert that has been assigned to you via the Database Change Subscription Data Library Type, if it is not hidden.

To view or edit an alert that has been assigned to you via Database Change Subscription:

  • Navigate to: Data Library > Internal > Database Change Subscription.
  • Select the Folder icon to open a list of all alerts stored in the system.
  • Locate the new alert and select the Folder icon to open it.

The Database Change Subscription record for the selected alert will display.

  • Select Edit to amend any of the selected alert options.
  • Select Save to save any changes made.
