Change Column Headings in Certification Regime Manager
Administrators can change certain headings on the Certification Regime Manager page by updating the certification document template.
On the Certification Regime Manager page the following column headings can be changed or hidden if not needed:
- Certified Person
- Entities
- Documents
- From
- To
To update these headings:

Go to System Tools > SMCR Solution.

Select Document Templates (Certification).

Find the SC-DLHOME-CFG template and choose the document name to download it.
This template contains the settings for the columns on the Certification Regime Manager page.

Create a backup copy before making any changes to the file.

Change the downloaded template as required.
Update the text within the quotation marks of one or more of the following four fields:
[{SET}CR_DLHOME_Label_Entity="Certified Person"]
[{SET}CR_DLHOME_Label_OCE="Entities"]
[{SET}CR_DLHOME_Label_Docs="Documents"]
- To add a custom report to the Certification Regime Manager page, add the following fields:
[{SET}CR_DLHOME_ReportDocRef3="(ALL).XX-CUSTOM.CUSTOM-TEMPLATE-NAME"]
[{SET}CR_DLHOME_ReportLabel3="Name of report that will be shown as hover text"]

When you're done editing the template, save it and upload the amended template by selecting the wand.

Complete the Replace Document Template wizard.
