Import multiple optionee records
When you first create your company's option plan record in Diligent Equity, you can add multiple option grants using a bulk import optionee record from a .CSV file.

Go to the Securities section in the navigation sidebar and select Options.

Select + New option plan to create a new option plan or select an existing option plan.

Select Settings and go to the Import/Export tab in the Option Plan settings wizard.

Select Download template for import.
This downloads a template for you to complete with the optionee records to be imported.

After the template is completed go back to the Option Plan Settings wizard in Diligent Equity and select Import from .CSV file .
Diligent Equity will upload your individual optionee records to the plan.
If your imported record contains any option exercises, you can create the share certificates for the exercised shares. For further information go to Set up plan parameters and default provisions.
Note
When importing the .csv file the columns highlighted in the image below are mandatory. The image also displays explanations for each column.
