Known issues in 证据中心 can affect deep-link behavior and access-request flows for some users.

Viewer role not synchronized with Jira

When a Launchpad group is assigned with a Viewer role on an Evidence Record, the viewer assignment is not currently synchronized to Jira. As a result, members of the Launchpad group will not be added or reflected as viewers in the corresponding Jira ticket.

Workaround: Assign individual users as viewers if viewer synchronization to Jira is required.

证据中心 deep links may require additional navigation

When you open an 证据中心 record from email or deep link, the application will need to authenticate you and redirect you to the Evidence Records list even if you are logged into the Diligent One 平台. This behavior occurs for Diligent One users.

As a workaround, open a record from an email or deep link while you are already signed in to an active 证据中心 session.

Access request panel may not open as expected

For Evidence 专业 and Evidence 贡献者 users, the access request panel shows an error when the Evidence Record is in the draft state.

As a workaround, the Evidence Owner can promote the Evidence Record from Draft state to Awaiting Response state.
