Create a Data Room
Data rooms provide dedicated workspace and storage for collaboration on your organization's projects. They have their own license allocation, and each member will utilize a license.
For FlowsYou need a data room as the central storage location for files, folders, and meeting templates. When you create the room, note the names and email addresses you enter as Data Room Managers, you can't view this information later.
Caution
We recommend you assign at least two Data Room Managers to each new team room to ensure that no data is lost in the event of one leaving the organization.

In your Data Rooms tab select Create data room from the toolbar.

In the Create data room panel, enter the data room name in the Name field.

(Optional) Add a description of the team.

Select the Data room managers field to start entering the email addresses. Select the Enter key on your device to add each email address.

Allocate storage space assigned to the room by moving the slider.

Select Save.
Note
Invitations will be sent to the Data Room Managers inviting them to the new Data Room. They will manage all aspects of that Data Room.
The new room will now display in your Data Rooms view.
