Register your account

Register your account using the link in the email you receive when the Organization Administrator invites you to Diligent Data Room.Complete the registration process to access your Private Workspace or Data Room.

Note

The process is determined by the security settings for your Data Room organization.

  1. Go to your Register your account email and select the Register link.

    The Account registration page opens on your device.

  2. Enter your first and last name in the Account registration dialog and select Next.

  3. Enter and confirm your new password.

    • Passwords must be secure and meet certain criteria outlined in the Account registration details.

    • Select the eye icon to display the password.

  4. Select Create account.

    Note

    If you want to print or save the Terms of Use select Save before selecting I AGREE.

  5. Select I AGREE in the Diligent Terms of Use dialog to complete your account registration.

  6. Select Continue to sign in page. Your email address will already be entered in the dialog.

  7. Select Next.

  8. Enter your password and select SIGN IN to go to your Private Workspace.
