Download folders or multiple files
When you download large items from your data room, like a folder or multiple files, a zipped folder will automatically be created to save on your desktop or device.
Note
The following items will not be included in the zipped folder:

Watermarked items.

Items with a virus.

Items with permission restrictions.

In your data room select the items you want to download.

Select the Actions from your toolbar for multiple items or select the item's More options icon
for an individual folder. -
Select Zip & download.
A panel appears to notify you of any restrictions that may apply.
Note
You can switch this notification off for 30 days by selecting the Don't show this notification for 30 days check box.

Select Download.
The zipped file is created and downloaded to your device, and can be accessed in the Downloads folder on your device's File explorer.
