Request a change for delivered documents

You can request a change for a delivered document even if you have already finalized the agenda item or transferred the board book to Diligent Boards.

  1. Select the Agenda tab.

  2. Select the agenda item's more options icon .

    • Select Reopen if an item has been finalized

    • Select Manage delivery if an item has not been finalized.

  3. Select Request change.

The person responsible for delivering the document is notified that they need to update the document. Review steps will be triggered again as necessary. If approval is required, the Administrator is notified so that they can request the approval.
