System customization
Many of Entities flows, wizards, fields, settings, user roles, and other components can be adjusted to suit your organization’s specific needs. Administrators can configure the Entities system in detail from System Tools.
Portal customization
Portals are User Defined Menus that are designed to help users quickly navigate through DiligentEntities and easily access information.
They are highly customisable and can be configured by administrators to suit different user requirements.
Validations and mandatory fields
In DiligentEntities, mandatory fields are fields with a red asterisk on the left-hand side of the field. Empty mandatory fields will be highlighted in red if a user attempts to bypass required data entry, preventing the saving of any changes or progression through a wizard.
