Advanced ownership functions
Advanced functions allow you to make large changes to cap tables. Only users with "Owner" permissions have full edit control of a cap table and only these users can delete a cap table.
Important
We recommend that no more than 3 "Owners" are assigned to an account to avoid potential errors caused by multiple people making significant changes. Example: Processing a stock split
