• AI meeting book summary Access published AI summaries of your board books for a quick reference and readthrough of the board materials.

• Enhancements to ungrouped workrooms Ungrouped workrooms appear in a subcategory named Other if both ungrouped and grouped workrooms exist.

Effortlessly switch between your BoardEffect organizations

If you belong to multiple BoardEffect organizations and use the same email address to log in to the platform, you can seamlessly switch between them from any page in the BoardEffect app.

• Ungrouped workrooms now appear directly in the Workrooms dropdown if you're not part of a grouped workroom.

• The Profile window now includes an option to edit your profile, which provides a link to the Diligent One Platform Update profile page.

• Access the Meeting Book Viewer with a single click using the Open book button on the home page and workroom page.

• As a System Admin or an editor, you can now update a book by using the Book builder button on the home page and workroom page.

• The More options menu (three dots) next to the Book builder button provides admins with options to add attachments to an event, as well as to edit, copy, or delete the event.

Enhanced meeting experience for Board members

In the Meeting Book Viewer, the section you’re viewing is now automatically highlighted in the agenda, helping you to easily locate where you are in the book. You can also select an agenda item to quickly access that section in the meeting book.

Survey templates with predefined questions

You can now create surveys more quickly by selecting from predefined templates with 35, 15, or 10 questions. This makes it easier to design surveys that fit different needs and time constraints.

Accessibility improvements

• All images and icons in BoardEffect now have accessible titles for all members using screen readers

• WCAG 2.1 accessibility updates to the Library section.

Meeting book sorting enhancements

Meeting books are now displayed based on your preferred sort order. You can sort them by created date or event date. Your last selected sort preference is saved and applied consistently across sessions, page views, and devices, including iOS.

Enhanced attendance report available in Minutes

Get detailed attendance reporting by committee over a selected date range, with the option to export to Excel.

To ensure accuracy, make sure the attendee field is completed in the Minutes.

Minutes now supports restricted reviewers

Restricted reviewers allows administrators to control access to specific sections during a review, increasing the efficiency of the review and protecting sensitive content.

• Enhanced screen reader support for menu navigation and login functionality.
