Settings
Use the Settings page to add and define the following components of your audit risk assessment:

Assessment factors
-
Scales
You can access settings in the following two ways:

Go to the Home page and select Settings button from the right corner.

From any page with the Audit app, select Settings on the left navigation bar.
Add assessment factors
To add assessment factors, perform the following steps:

On the Settings page, by default the Assessment factors page appears. Select the Add Assessment factor button.

In the Add assessment factor side sheet, enter a name for the assessment factor.

Select the Add assessment factor button.

Repeat steps 2 and 3 to continue adding assessment factors.

SelectX in the upper-right corner to close the panel.

At least one assessment factor is required to create an audit risk assessment.

Define assessment scale
You use the default scale to rate the risk level assessment factors pose to each auditable entity. You can select the Low- to High-risk or the Very low- to Very high-risk default scale for a given audit risk assessment.
Note
The scale defined in Settings becomes the default option at the organization level (the scale used when creating new audit risk assessments). However, you can override the Add audit risk assessment workflow.
Define the default scale
To define the default scale, perform the following steps:

On the Settings page, select Scales.

To change the default scale, select the other scale's radial button.

Edit assessment factors
From Settings > Assessment factors, use the following steps to edit Assessment factors.

Select the more icon in-line with the assessment factor to edit and select Edit in the window.
The Edit assessment factor side panel slides in and advises that the changes will be applied everywhere the assessment factor is used.

Edit the assessment factor and select Save.
Delete assessment factors
From Settings > Add Assessment factors, use the following steps to delete Assessment factors.

Select More options in-line with the auditable entity to delete.
Delete assessment factor displays.

Select Delete.
Bulk delete assessment factors
From Settings > Assessment factors, use the following steps to bulk delete Assessment factors.

Select the check boxes in line with the Assessment factors to delete. The Delete selected button displays.

Select the Delete selected button.

Select Delete.
Search assessment factors
From Settings > Assessment factors, enter the assessment factor name in the Search by field to find previously entered Assessment factors.
