Maintain user access for a BoardEffect workroom

You can quickly add or remove accounts from a workroom to ensure users have access to the correct information in BoardEffect.

  1. To view a list of workroom accounts, select a workroom, and then select the Home tab on top of the page.

  2. To modify the workroom accounts, select +Add/Remove Accounts.

  3. In the Add/Remove Users dialog box, you can search for a user by entering their first and/or last name in the Search field.

  4. Select the +Add icon to add a user.

  5. Select the -Remove icon to remove a user.

  6. To close the dialog box, select the xClose icon on the top right.
