Actions dashboard for board members
Minutes provides you with a unified view of your actions, where you can review, manage and update them in one place. You can customize the view by moving columns and applying filters.
View and update an action
Note
Unless disabled by your Administrator, email notifications are sent to all the assignees of an action notifying them of any changes or updates.

In Minutes, go to the side navigation bar and select the Actions dashboard icon
.
Your Actions dashboard opens.

To view details, select an action from the Action column.
The Action summary panel opens where you can see details such as the current status of an action, a completed date, and another assignees.

To complete an action, select the Complete checkbox.
Note
If the checkbox is inactive, this means a restriction is set. Contact your Administrator to remove the restriction.

(Optional) Enter notes in the Notes field.
The latest note appears in the Notes column on your dashboard and is visible to all assignees, who receive notifications when new notes are added.

Select Save to save your changes.
Filter your dashboard

Go to your dashboard and select Show filters.
A Filters panel opens.

Select your preferences.

Select Apply filters.
Your dashboard displays the filtered actions.

To remove the filters select Reset all and then Apply filters. Your dashboard returns to the full display.
Manage your columns

Go to your dashboard and select Manage columns.
Note
The numbers in the brackets reflects the number of columns selected to display.

From the menu, select the columns you want to view or deselect the columns you want to remove.

To move a column, select the column title and drag to your preferred location.
Export an Actions report
Note
A report will only export the actions and columns currently on display. If filters are applied, the content will be reflected in the report.

In your dashboard, select Export actions report.
A report is downloaded to your device.

Go to your Downloads folder in File Explorer and select the report.
The report opens to display the details of actions and columns from your dashboard.
