Exporting action items
You can export action items from a single minutes document or from multiple documents across a selection of committees.
Export actions from a single minutes document

In Minutes Manager go to the minutes document containing the actions you want to export.

Select the more options icon

A menu opens.

Select Export actions only.
An Excel file detailing the actions for the minutes is exported to the Downloads folder on your device.
Export actions from multiple minutes documents

In Minutes Manager select the more options icon
of any minutes.
A menu opens.

Select Consolidated actions report.
An Export actions report window opens.

Choose one of the following options:
Include All: Export action items from all documents across all your committees.
Include Only: Export action items from all documents in the selected committees.

Select Export.
An Excel file detailing the actions for the minutes is exported to the Downloads folder on your device.
Tip
When minutes are in Draft you can access the option for both Export actions only and Consolidated actions report from Export on the minutes editor page.
