BoardEffect Support Admin

You can give the BoardEffect Support team access to your account by activating the BoardEffect Support Admin. When the Support Admin is active, and you report an issue, the Support team can troubleshoot your account immediately.

  1. On the BoardEffect home page, on the left-side Navigation Bar, select Site Settings .

  2. Select Security Summary from the list of options.

  3. To allow the BoardEffect Support team to access your account, select the General tab, then select the checkbox next to Enable Support Access.

  4. Select Save. A success message displays at the top to inform you that the BoardEffect Support Admin is now active.
