Annotate a Meeting Book (iPad)
You can add annotations in the form of comments and notes to a Meeting Book. By default, your annotations are private, so only you can view them.
You can choose to share annotations with other members of the workroom. Also, you can move an annotation to a different location or delete it.
Add annotations

Go to the relevant Workroom Library page to view a list of Meeting Books.

Go to the relevant meeting and select View Book. The Meeting Book page opens.
Note
You have to download the Meeting Book before you can view it.

To open the annotation toolbar, so you can add new annotations, select the Annotations menu on the top of the page.

Select a tool from the toolbar, and then tap the location in the Meeting Book where you want to add the annotation. You can use the following annotation tools:

Sticky-note comment

Highlighter

Strike-through

Underline

Squiggly underline

Freehand pencil

Free-form eraser

Free-form text

Draw arrow

Draw line

Tap the Annotation icon again to stop annotating.

To view a list of your existing annotations, select the side menu icon on the top left of the page. The Book outline panel also displays.

To view a list of annotations, select the comment icon. The list is organized by page. You can select an annotation from the list to quickly navigate to that page in the Meeting Book.

To delete an annotation, tap it and then tap the d elete button.

Your annotations are saved automatically. View the last saved date and time on the list of annotations for reference.
Share annotations
When you add annotations to a Meeting Book, they are private, so only you can view them. To collaborate with other users, you can share annotations. Your shared annotations will be visible to all users who have access to the Meeting Book.

Select the relevant Workroom Library.

Go to the relevant meeting and select View Book. The Meeting Book page opens.

You have to to download the Meeting Book before you can view it.

You can view existing annotations on the Meeting Book page.

To share an annotation, tap it with your finger, and then select Share from the menu that appears.

You can also expand the list of annotations, and then select one to share. To view a list of annotations, select the book icon on top right of the page. The Book outline panel displays.

To view a list of annotations, select the comment icon. The list is organized by page. You can select an annotation from the list to quickly navigate to that page in the Meeting Book.

To share an annotation, select the share icon.

Shared annotations display in a list format, along with the name of the user who shared it.

As you type, your changes are saved automatically. View the last saved date and time for reference.
Move annotations
After you add annotations to a Meeting Book, you can move them to a new location.
Note
The location of annotations may change when an administrator adds or removes a document from the Meeting Book.

Go to the relevant Workroom Library page to view a list of Meeting Books.

Go to the relevant meeting and select View Book. The Meeting Book page opens.

You can view existing annotations, such as an underline, on a Meeting Book page.

To move an annotation, tap it with your finger, and then select Move from the menu that appears.

You can also expand the list of annotations, and then select one to move. To view a list of annotations, first select the side menu icon on the top left of the page. The Book Outline panel displays.

To view a list of annotations, select the comment icon. The list is organized by page.

To move an annotation, choose the relevant annotation from the list, and then select the move icon. Next, navigate to the page where you want to place the annotation, then selecting Move. Next, drag the annotation to a specific location on the new page.
