Archiving a book
When you archive a book it no longer appears in the Current books tab. However, directors and other users can access the Archived books tab to open an archived book and review historical materials.
Note
Directors cannot add new notes or other annotations to archived books.
Steps
This section describes how to archive a book.

From the Launchpad home page (www.diligentoneplatform.com), select the Boards app to open it.
If you are already in Diligent One, you can use the left-hand navigation menu to switch to the Boards app.
You are taken to the Bookshelf.

Select the more options icon
on the right side of a book's row.A list of options appears.

Select Archive.
The book's status changes to "Archived".
It appears on the Archived books tab.
