Options documents emails and company signer

You can customise email templates if you use the Diligent Equity Workflow Module to generate and send your Option Grant Notices and Exercise Letters for Digital Signatures.

  1. Go to the Company section in the navigation sidebar and select Company.

  2. Select the Options Documents tab.

  3. Customize your email templates. Diligent Equity haves set generic Grant Notice and Exercise Notice text but you can edit these to make them your own.

  4. Set up your Default Company signer information.

    Tip

    Instead of adding this information for each Grant Notice you generate, you can have the Company Signer's information automatically populate in the Grant Workflow.

  5. Select Add new to automatically Cc people of your choice. You can set up multiple people to be Cc'd.

  6. Complete the Email a trustee fields to have your completed documents automatically sent to your Trustee.

  7. Select Save Record to save any changes or updates to information in the Options Documents tab.

Tip

All changes can be viewed in the Recent Changes tab in the panel on the right side of the dashboard.
