Working with Integrations

Any user who signs in to Diligent One Platform can access the Integrations offering. Learn more about working with Integrations in this section.

Integration details

When you select the integration tile, you can view the important metadata of the integration. This includes:

• Integration details A summary of the integration, subscription details, and category.

• Contents of integration A breakdown of all the individual components or assets that the integration constitutes.

Requesting information

1. From the Launchpad home page (www.diligentoneplatform.com), select Marketplace to open it.

   If you are already in Diligent One, you can use the left-hand navigation menu to switch to Marketplace.

   Note

   Diligent One Platform also supports the domain www.highbond.com. For more information, see Supported domains.

2. For the integration you want to gain more insights, select Request for information.

3. In the Request for information side panel, do the following:

   1. Enter the email address of the individual you want to notify about this request.

   2. Provide details about your requests.

4. (Optional) Select the Mark the request as urgent checkbox.

5. Select Submit request.

   After you have submitted the request, the label on the tile changes to Requested. Your account manager will contact you to proceed further.
