Managing agency settings

Agency settings are used to configure functions.

  • From the left navigation menu, select Agency Settings.

You can enter information or select the toggle to turn a setting on ().

It includes the following components:

  • Allow Upload Only: Users are given the opportunity to upload documents. For example, a user might upload a Word document to the Document Editor or as a document template component. You can control if an uploaded document can be edited or not with the following settings.
    • Toggle on () to only allow uploading a document but not edit the document.
    • Toggle off () to allow uploading and editing.
  • Diligent One syncing: Navigate to Syncing Policy Manager policies to Diligent One Compliance Maps.
  • Policy Portal Public: Enable the public Policy portal by toggling this setting on. This allows authenticated access to the Policy Portal using login credentials. For more information, see Using the Policy Portal
  • Policy Portal Public View: Enable to provide public access to the Policy Portal without requiring login credentials.
  • Spellcheck Enabled: Turns spell check in the Document Editor.
  • Authentication and Single Sign On (SSO) setting:
    • IDP Cert Name: Enter the file name of the Identity Provider certification file. This file is located in the application root (highest) folder.
    • Internal Login Security Group: Enter the name of the security group used for log ins.
    • OpenLink Enabled: Enable OpenLink by toggling the setting on.
    • Is SSO Enabled: Set the toggle to on if SSO is enabled.
    • Always Redirect If SSO Enabled: Set the toggle to on to redirect for authentication if SSO is enabled. If the toggle is off, the user will not be redirected to sign in via SSO authentication.

    • Is SSO Self-Provisioning Enabled: Set the toggle to on if SSO provisioning is enabled so the user can access multiple applications and websites with a single sign on.
    • SSO ID Provider URL: Enter the URL address of the single sign on provider.
