Setting up AI services (EAP)

Third-Party Manager's AI services are available only for Pro and Plus Package 3PM customers.

AI Services in Third-Party Manager uses artificial intelligence to streamline and enhance the oversight of vendors, suppliers, and partners. Key capabilities include article summarization, virtual assistant, and automated due diligence. These services help organizations reduce risk, ensure compliance, and improve decision-making across the third-party lifecycle.

Enable the AI services

To use any of the AI features, perform the following steps:

  1. In the Third-Party Manager dashboard, select Settings from the left navigation panel, and then select the AI Services tab.

  2. In the AI Services tab, select Enable next to the preferred AI service you want to enable.

    A dialog box opens.

  3. In the dialog box, read through the AI services terms and conditions, select the checkbox to agree to them, and then select Submit.

    Your selected AI feature is now enabled.

Alternatively, you can reach out to your Customer Support Manager (CSM) who can help you enable the AI services.

Note

If you're logging in for the first time after your CSM has enabled the feature(s), then a dialog box displays the announcement of the new feature. Select Open AI settings in the dialog, and then go to step 3.
