Third-Party record detail

In the classic Third-Party Management, select a 3P Profile to see the Record Detail tab for the third party. You may view the organization, point of contact, and other profile details. The Record Detail tab includes the following subtabs.

  • Internal Assessment (Custom Fields) tab: View the custom fields. Custom fields are managed by your Administrator. For details about custom fields for Administrators, see Setting up content control

  • Notes tab: View notes added, such as an approval comment.

  • Audit Log tab: View the details of each action taken including the date, event, user, reference identifier, and details. If you have the correct rights, you can view all actions taken in the system. See Managing audit logs.

  • Email Log tab: View each 3P Profile and 3P Engagement email, the date, the sender and receiver, subject, and a reference number.

  • Notices tab: This feature provides a centralized space for important announcements, updates, or alerts related to third-party vendors, ensuring stakeholders stay informed.

Reviewing third party record details in modernized Third Party Management

You can view more streamlined and organized record details. The details are structured for better readability, with expandable and collapsible sections that help you focus on relevant information.

Navigate tabs efficiently. When multiple tabs are available, some may be condensed to optimize spacing. Select the forward arrow icon at the end to view additional tabs and switch between sections without losing context.

Perform key actions from a centralized location. Open the Actions menu to access options such as Status, Merge, Order Due Diligence, Print, and Add Engagement. This enables you to manage records efficiently without navigating across multiple screens.

In the Due Diligence tab,

  1. View due diligence records in a refreshed, modern interface to track monitoring and questionnaire statuses at a glance.

  2. Use search and filters together to refine results and narrow down records based on relevant criteria.

  3. When a true match is identified:

    1. Select the True match found link to navigate directly to the corresponding third-party record.

    2. Review details without additional navigation steps.

  4. Select the Edit icon and make changes within the Third Party Monitor screen.

  5. Select the Deep Link icon and open the related case details instantly.

  6. In the Third party monitor view, select the tooltip icon to view key details at a glance.

  7. Access complete monitoring details for deeper insights and select Order Due Diligence to escalate or initiate further checks.
