Using AI Virtual Assistant

The AI Virtual Assistant is an innovative chat feature that generates third party information, caseClosed Assigned to a third party profile related to a questionnaire sent for response, due diligence investigation, or other action. details, and risk information related to a specific third party. It can provide summaries of cases, identify cases that need attention, and search based on case stages. Here are some search tips:

Enable the AI Virtual Assistant feature

To use this feature, reach out to your Customer Support Manager (CSM) who can help you enable it.

  1. In the Third-Party Manager dashboard, select Settings, and then select the AI Services tab.

  2. In the AI Services tab, select Enable next to AI Virtual Assistant.

    Note

    If you're logging in for the first time after your CSM has enabled the AI Virtual Assistant, a dialog appears announcing the new feature. Select Open AI settings on the dialog, and then go to step 3.

  3. In the dialog, read through the AI services terms and conditions, select the checkbox to agree to them, and then select Submit.

    The AI feature is now enabled.

Use the AI Virtual Assistant

To use the feature, perform the following steps:

  1. In the left-hand navigation, select AI Virtual Assistant to open it.

  2. Select a third party by entering a third party name or number, and then select Next.

    Only third parties relevant to your role are available.

  3. From the results list, select a third party.

    The information you obtain from the virtual assistant pertains to the third party you select.

  4. Perform one of the following:

    • Select Suggested Prompts to select from the list of predetermined prompts.

    • Enter your own question.

  5. Select Finish thread to end the chat.

    A Rate this conversation! message displays. You can provide your rating based on your experience with the AI service. Additionally, you can also provide feedback in the Add Notes section.

  6. To start a new query, select Done.

Disable the AI Virtual Assistant feature
