Search
Use the global search field
A field is a way to input information, often a question. at the top of the page to find items across all modules.
Recently viewed items
Access recently viewed profiles and cases in the Recently viewed section and expand the Profiles and cases list using the dropdown option for more visibility.
Task and Case management

Structured task
Part of a workflow that itemizes certain work to be completed. cards Tasks are categorised and displayed as actionable cards for you to quickly drilldown into the specific records right from the Dashboard view. -
Quick search for cases Filter, sort, and search cases efficiently, and identify them based on the status
Third-party Status used for searching, for example, Active or Inactive. Approval Status is a subset of the Status. See Approval Status.
Case Status used for searching, for example, Only Open Cases or Only Closed Cases. indicators. -
Deep links Use arrow icons to directly open relevant records. This takes you the respective module which can also be navigated through tabs.

Tab-based navigation Switch between workflow

Global Database Check screens over 1,500 lists for sanctions, embargoes, watchlists, court lists, and politically exposed persons. When a third party is entered, it is immediately screened. Re-screening frequency can be scheduled. hits, Media monitor
The Media Monitor screens for adverse news relevant to compliance concerns. hits, Questionnaires, Investigation reports, 3Ps with updated UBO, and Pending 3Ps. -
Create Due Diligence and Add Third Party Moved to the right side of the screen for better visibility.

Selecting Order Due Diligence opens a separate page where you can create a case end-to-end.

Selecting + Add Third Party opens a side panel with step-by-step sections, allowing you to create a third party directly from the dashboard.

Dashboard in classic Third-Party Management
On the first page in Third-Party Manager, the left menu has Quick Search and a list of menu items. On the right, the dashboard contains information about activities to complete. To go to the online help, select the
button in the upper right to go to the online help.
Left menu
The left menu when displayed from the dashboard has the following elements.
Quick Search
Use the Quick Search to locate information by Third Party Profiles, Engagements (if enabled) for the 3P Profile, or Case Folders. Complete the required information and select Go.
Shortcuts
On the dashboard, select a shortcut to a function in Third-Party Manager. The selections include:

Third Party Management to view active Third-Party list

Case Management to view the Working with case management for a third-party.

AI Investigator to perform ad hoc searches of adverse media for third-party entities or individuals. For details, see AI Investigator.

Analytics to view over 30 responsive and interactive panels to manage your organization's performance. For details, see Working with analytics.

Workflow to create workflows. You must have appropriate privileges to access Workflow. For details, see: Completing a workflow task, Using workflows, and, for administrators, Using Workflow Builder.

Settings to view or modify settings for your organization, manage risk models, and more. You must have appropriate privileges to access Settings. For details, see Administration.
- Support to view available utilities. You must have rights to access the Support utilities.
Recently Viewed
Access Recently Viewed to return to pages you recently looked at, designated as a third-party by this icon:
or a case by this icon:
. Under Need Assistance?, select Subscriber Support to submit a support request and view existing tickets.
Advanced Find
On pages other than the dashboard, you can use Advanced Find to locate information based on:
- Item location, such as Case Folder
- Item content, such as Search for Company Name in the field Case Name. You can add any number of searched items to fine tune the search.
- Item by your roles, such as: Where I am the Requester/Owner
- Date range
- Match case
ADD THIRD PARTY
Select ADD A THIRD PARTY to add a new potential business partner or ORDER DILIGENCE to add a new case for an existing third-party.
My Tasks
Go to My Tasks to select an actionable task and then select the View link. Your tasks may include:

Monitor Hits Needing Review: Review the result of immediate screening or ongoing monitoring and resolve the hits.

True Matches Needing Remediation: Review escalations based on your organization’s screening metrics and resolve the matches.

Questionnaires Needing Review: Review questionnaires that have been returned and then take an action.

Investigations Needing Review: Review escalations to a staff person for due diligence resolution.

Third Parties Pending Approval: Review third-party profiles for approval.
Open Case Map
On the Open Case Map, highlighted countries need attention. Select a country to see the number and list of cases.
Monitor Hits By Type
In Monitor Hits By Type
The type of third party, for example, Channel Partner, Vendor, Supplier, or DO NOT ENGAGE., Select the View link to take the following actions.

GDC: Review undetermined GDC hits for third-parties with a potential match and resolve the hits.

Media: Review Media Monitor results from open source articles on the web that might contain risk information related to the search subject. The media Relevancy
Relevancy is determined by how closely and how frequently the searched company or person name appears next to terms like conviction, bribery, fraud, and so on. The closer and more frequently that happens, the more relevant the results. percent shows how relevant the search results are. -
Remediation: True Matches from the screening and monitoring should be resolved according to your company’s policies and procedures.
Cases Needing Attention
Under the map, scroll through Cases Needing Attention. Submitted Forms and Investigations will be listed here. Cases for the third-party and engagements (if enabled) are displayed.
