Masked question
Questions that are masked allow respondents to hide the answers to sensitive questions while answering.

In your questionnaire, select Add question or Add subquestion.

Select Masked question from the dropdown menu, and select Add.

The Numbered question and Show title bar background checkbox are checked by default.
When checked, the question will appear in a numbered sequence and the question title will appear on a shaded background.

Enter the question title (optional) and question text.

Select any additional features for the question.
Example: Select Required, Numbered, or link to another question. For more information, go to the Additional options section in Adding, editing, and managing questions.

Select from the Type of answers dropdown menu.
This is the information the responder will be able to add privately.

Select Save.
