Security

View the security settings for your organization. You can also manage support access, email notifications, disclaimers, and location services on the Security page.

1. On the main navigation menu, select Site settings.

2. Select Security from the list of options.

   The Summary tab displays the list of security settings that are enabled or disabled.

3. To allow the BoardEffect support team to access your account, select the Support tab and select Enable support access.

4. To add recipients or a disclaimer to email notifications about user profile updates, select the Notifications tab. You can also manage login notifications.

5. To add a disclaimer notice when users first sign in to BoardEffect, select the Disclaimer tab.

   1. Select the Enable disclaimer option to require users to agree to the disclaimer.

   2. Enter or edit the Disclaimer message.

   3. Select the Disclaimer recurrence in days if you want to have the disclaimer repeated.

6. To manage geofencing, which can limit access to BoardEffect based on the geographic location of the user, select the Location services tab.
