Getting started with Compliance Education

Compliance Education provides complete training programs that include modular Code of Conduct foundational training, high-risk topic courses, and curated reinforcement assets, which are all configurable to your company's brand, risk profile, and culture.

Accessing Compliance Education

Compliance Education includes new users and users migrating from the legacy Compliance Wave application.

New Compliance Education accounts

  • Once your account is created, you can sign in to Compliance Education on the Diligent One Platform.

  • If you are the first user in your organization to sign in, you'll be guided through an onboarding form before you can access your courses. This form collects your company profile and training preferences, which are used to generate a personalized training plan that is then finalized with a compliance consultant. Legacy accounts

  • You will receive an email with a link to activate your Diligent One Platform account and sign in to Compliance Education.

  • Assets are categorized by product type, such as videos, blogs, and posters.
